Trey Little

Trey began his career in the insurance industry in 1992.

Trey has worked with small and large companies in the Healthcare, Law Professional, and Finance industries, and his experience includes plan designs, pricing, budget projections, calculations of claim reserve levels, and request for proposals analysis. He has also helped employers analyze the financial impact of ACA to their organization.

In his role as Benefits Consultant, Trey’s primary focus is on providing his clients with comprehensive consulting, including financial, compliance, enrollment solutions, innovative ideas, and funding strategies and implementation of those ideas. Trey’s strong analytical skills and commitment to excellent customer service make him a trusted advisor to both clients. He is well-versed in all aspects of self-funded, captive arrangements level level-funded, fully insured, and all aspects of employee benefits.

Trey is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Accounting. Trey resides in Baton Rouge, LA, with his wife Melissa, 2 sons, Connor and Cameron, and 4 dogs.

Trey is involved with several charities, including The Fore Kids Foundation, and is an avid golfer and has made 5 hole-in-ones. Trey is the past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Louisiana and Baton Rouge. He was named Advisor of the Year for NAIFA-LA and NAIFA-BR, as well as Baton Rouge Business Report’s Top Forty under 40. He and his wife have also fostered over 50 dogs for a local rescue.
