Brent brings 25 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry to Centura Benefit Solutions. His expertise and dedication to service have established him as a trusted advisor who helps clients design strategic benefit solutions.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Brent began his career on the carrier side where he gained insight into the benefits industry. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of carrier operations and a unique perspective that continues to guide his client strategies today.
Brent transitioned into consulting to focus on working directly with clients. His passion lies in helping organizations build benefit strategies that balance cost control with employee satisfaction. Brent’s hands-on approach, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to transparency.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys playing golf, running, and spending time with family and friends. He is married to his wife Jennifer with 4 children—and are supporters of Houston and Aggie sports.
